  • 禮皆為下單後製作，將於下單完成付款後約3-5天內完成配送；如為預購型商品或檔期節日期間請參閱商品頁面之備註。


  • 花禮皆為手工設計製作，每朵鮮花及植物都是不同的，每款都是獨一無二，無法做出與照片一模一樣，圖片僅供參考。


  • 鮮花類商品觀賞期限約3~7天，但不同花材也會因環境溫度和人為因素而影響其保存天數，鮮花保存方式可參考網站首頁下方『常見問題』。


  • 若選擇黑貓宅配，因有尺寸限制故不適用所有花禮，花禮尺寸和花器，會因應宅配箱而調整。


  • 黑貓配送皆為冷藏車隔日配送；專人配送（花禮製作完成當天可配送）請於下單時參考指示資訊選擇配送地區。


  • 如遇檔期節日，因訂單量大，請提前預購且恕無法指定送達時段，請見諒。
